So Lindsay Lohan isn't going back to the slammer, but she's not going back to one of Hollywood's hottest hotels either.
In other hot celebrity news: A Girl Next Door is expecting, Kim Kardashian's trying on mysterious white dresses, and her younger brother denies he's been caught in a love triangle.
• Lindsay Lohan had been staying out of trouble, which means she hasn't been plastered all over the tabloids for the last few months. But things sure did turn around fast! This week, the star managed to find herself involved in yet another jewelry heist. Luckily, thanks to a couple big breaks, Lohan won't be charged for the $100,000 in "missing" watches and designer shades. That means she won't be going back to the slammer. Whew.
However, she wasn't as lucky when it came to one of Hollywood's hottest hotels, the Chateau Marmont. TMZ obtained a stern letter from the hotspot's general manager to the star, which asks her (again) to settle the $46,350.04 bill she racked up over her extended stay this summer.
So, how, exactly, does one rack up nearly $50,000 in charges over 47 days? Well, her 16-page itemized bill was included in the note! Check out a few of the highlights:
- Minibar charges: $3,145.07
- Cigarettes: $686 (49 packs, to be exact)
- Chateau Candle: $100
- iPhone Charger: $40
- Garden Charges (whatever that means): $281.39 on June 16 alone
Hotel manager Philip Pavel was also sure to include the fact that the actress was no longer welcome at the hotel or at Bar Marmont, the swanky nightclub/restaurant attached to it. Burn! The note also asked Lohan to please remove all of her belongings by August 1, but apparently she's yet to pay up or move out.
UPDATE: TMZ reports Lohan says she hasn't paid the bill because she thought the Liz & Dick producers were covering her tab at the hotel while she filmed the Lifetime flick. The actress is supposedly sorting things out with producers and the hotel at the moment.
• Holly Madison is going to be a mom! The former Girls Next 
Door star, who was Hef's No. 1 girlfriend for years, is expecting her first child with beau Pasquale Rotella. The reality TV star and party promoter have been dating for about nine months and are excited to start a family.
"I've always wanted to be a mom," the blonde said (via Us Weekly). "But I thought it would take longer!"
Madison also said she's been getting "a little nauseous" before her Las Vegas burlesque review show, so she keeps ginger ale backstage. Smart.
Even though Kardashian is still technically married to husband of 72 days, Kris Humphries, it's never too early to find your dress, right? Plus, West already rapped about their big day. "Even though I met you in the club in a tight dress/At first sight I could picture you in a white dress," he sang in "White Dress." It's only a matter of time...
• Kim isn't the only Kardashian 
courting two! At the same time! He was rumored to be dating British singer Rita Ora beginning in February, and then he spent his entire Saturday with Rihanna last weekend. Love triangle, perhaps? Well, not according to Rob.
He said "Rihanna's a friend," and explained: "We all went out to celebrate our friend's birthday. It was fun. It was a good night."
As for his relationship with Ora, he added: "I'm just a fan. That's all. I'm a big fan." That definitely explains the fake tattoos of each other's names.
• One thing we've learned from reality TV divorces: Two can play that game. On Tuesday, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof filed for divorce and husband Dr. Paul Nassif followed suit. The couple has been married for 10 years and have three children together.
• Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are engaged, but they're not married yet, even though they're in France and just a stone's throw away from a 16th-century chapel that would be the perfect place to exchange vows. Sorry, guys.
